Our company was originally founded in September 2004 under the name “Providential Capital, Inc.” in the State of Nevada, U.S.A. as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Providential Holdings, Inc. which helped Cavico Corp to become the first-ever Vietnamese company listed on the U.S. Nasdaq Stock Markets (Sep 18, 2009). In May 2010, we changed the name to PHI Capital Holdings, Inc. In September 2017, the Company was re-domiciled to the State of Wyoming, U.S.A. Finally, our corporate name was changed to “PHILUX CAPITAL ADVISORS, INC.” on May 26, 2020.

Our Management Team consists of highly qualified members with extensive experiences in asset management, investment advisory services, corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, general management, operations and business development, thus creating distinctive competitive advantages for PHILUX Capital Advisors in a number of business sectors in which it chooses to operate.
